Brendon Stern joins Tepe Law

Tepe Law is pleased to announce that Brendon Stern has joined Tepe Law as an associate attorney in the Cannabis Law Practice. Before joining Tepe Law, Brendon honed his litigation skills and represented clients in various types of cases in state and federal courts in Maryland, DC, and other jurisdictions. While in law school, Brendon gained valuable regulatory experience while clerking in-house for a large cannabis operator. In that role, Brendon assisted in ensuring regulatory compliance, assisted in contract drafting and revisions, and corporate governance.

Brendon represents cannabis operators and ancillary businesses as a regulatory advisor, litigation counsel, and outside general counsel.

Brendon served as the Articles Editor for the Administrative Law Review at American University Washington College of Law. Brendon has been selected to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list.
